It finally warmed up enough to wear trench coats again. As much as I love a good wool coat I am OVER them. Trench coats are just so super chic. I just invested in a Sezane trench and it is gorgeous. It is heavier than the other ones I have and it has such great details.
Sezane Scott Trench – Made of Organic cotton with a large lapel collar and gorgeous button details. There are buttons at the sleeves and shoulders and even a button slit at the back. I took my normal size so I would say this coat is true to size. I usually prefer my trenches to fit more tailored. I can fit a thin knit under but chunky knits would not work with this coat. I love the navy colour. It is so much more flattering than my black trench. The Everlane trench is nice but it is much less substantial and more light weight by comparison. The Sezane trench is also the perfect length at just past the knee. I like this mid length so much better than the shortie styles.

Aside from wearing a trench and dark jeans to the office I have been pretty comitted to loungewear. I am sure that all of us are really.
Proving that a great coat can chic everything up you can hardly tell I am wearing my fave sweats underneath. The Veja sneakers help too. But for long walks I have been wearing these. My must have sweat pants are these that are technically PJ pants but really they are just thinner sweat pants. This sweatshirt was so great I ordered it twice.
Other things I am ordering (besides face masks)
This dress – I plan on belting it with a woven belt.
This dress that screams summer.
This skirt because a midi skirt in a fun print is always a good idea.
Clearly I have this idea that once the warmer weather hits we will be out of our constant lounge wear.
Everything is taking extra long to get where it needs to go. Canada Post is supposedly delivering Christmas level volumes right now. Expect delays if you are ordering anything right now.
