I picked up this large check top from Joe Fresh the other day and couldn’t wait to figure out ways to style it with my wardrobe.
I really like the look of layering a patterned shirt under a denim shirt. The denim shirt downplays the big pattern and rolling the sleeves allows the big check to peak through.
I paired the outfit with my lucite accessories. I love that this necklace is bold but doesn’t take away from the big orangey red check. The bracelets play on the colours of the check.
The other item in this outfit I totally love are the boots. I like to show them off so you can see the leather strap wrap detail. My husband prefers when they are hidden under my trouser jeans. Still I love the colour it’s so unique and the leather is buttery soft. (Thanks Mom for these cutoffs from MILAN!)

This is the kind of outfit that I wear to run errands and take my kids to places like Riverdale Farm.
