Right now I have more shoes than I need in my suitcase. But I decided that since I whittled down my clothing to just the necessities than I could pack an extra shoe or two.
When it comes to the shoes you need for an all inclusive vacation you really only need two pairs. Three if you count your airport shoes.
One flat sandal to get you to the beach, one heel for the evening and a flat shoe or sneaker to get you through the airport. But most of us pack a few more options especially for evening.
Find your perfect vacation shoe mix:
1. Man Repeller x Superga Velvet High Top Sneaker (Limited Edition) Bordeaux
2. Asher Heel
3. K. Jacques Agopos Two-Tone Strappy Sandal
4. Saint Laurent Tribute Low-Heel Leather Sandal, Dark Red
5. Ancient Greek Sandals Klyemnestra Demi Wedge Sandals
6. Nine West ‘Savvy’ Sandal Black Suede
7. Dr. Scholl’s Women’s Moonlight Sandals
9. CARLOS BY CARLOS SANTANA Women’s Sentosa Sandals (Roasted Chestut Meta)
10. Fox Head Velvet Slipper Loafer
11. Superga 2750 Lame W in Gold
12. ASOS HOLLYWOOD Heeled Sandals
13. Solitaire Heel
I put together a little video talking about the shoes you need for an all inclusive vacation. Long story short a nude heel should get you through the week if you only want to pack one shoe. A strappy black heel is another great option. Flat sandal for day, something you can slip on and off easily for the beach.
Here is where you have to be really honest with yourself again. Do you plan on doing any sports? Golfing? Excursions? Make sure to pack these shoes accordingly.
Remember that you can use your airport shoes to your advantage. If you wear a practical flat that can also be used for those excursions or any sports. You can also squeeze a light sandal into your carry on to make sure you have options in case, heaven forbid, your luggage is lost.
What shoes do you have to take with you on your all inclusive vacations?
