So I am back doing outfit photos! I hadn’t intentionally stopped doing them but I found that I really didn’t have anything new to share when it came to outfits for the dead of winter.
Its not that I wasn’t getting dressed in things I liked but I never seemed to get around to taking the photos through February.
I would say that the winter just got to me this year. The lack of sun, the abundance of work, snotty noses. I found it really hard to be motivated to put outfits together for the blog.
I think all bloggers go through phases like everyone does. Not exactly the whole looking at a full closet and thinking I haven’t got anything to wear; I felt more like I haven’t got anything to share.
I mostly wore this parka, or occasionally this when it wasn’t so cold.
I am still carrying my Opelle Creative bag every day, but I have to admit the colour screams fall and I have an inclination to order this blushy nude option to update for spring.
Even though it still feels more crisp and fall like right now, in a few weeks it will be more spring like than ever and I know I will want to incorporate more lighter shades.
Outfit details: Cape Zara (old), Scarf Mango (old, but you can find plenty here), stripe tee Joe Fresh, black jeans Yoga Jeans, boots Marc Fisher, bag Opelle Creative, Sunglasses Quay (similar).
Are you as pumped as I am about Spring arriving early this year?
