I have been eyeing the Rosa sandals for a while. I love the cut out style and the minimalistic feel. These sandals are made with vegetable tanned Italian leather. They are one of the original ATP Atelier designs. Meant to be an alternative to your typical beach sandals. The ATP Atelier Rosa Sandals review will share why you need these chic city sandals.
ATP Atelier Rosa Sandals Review
I first saw these sandals on Emma Hill. The ATP Atelier Rosa are a super chic sandal that works with shorts and jeans. I would also wear these with skirts and dresses but they would add more of an edgy vibe.
These are the type of sandal that just gets better with wear. I say this because if you see these sandals after lots of wear you might think they are soft leather. When I took the Rosa sandal out of the box and tried them on for the first time, I was surprised they were not made of softer leather. They felt a bit stiff. After one wear I could feel a difference. There was a definite increase in softness with each wear.
There is no padding on the footbed. It is just a leather sole with no heel. The sandals are light and flexible, making them easy to wear.
Size wise I got a 39. This is typically the size I choose for Italian made shoes which tend to fit narrow.
I have wide feet; sometimes I have a hard time fitting my wide foot into sandals with narrow straps. The great thing about the cut out style of the ATP Rosa sandal is that I don’t have to fit my whole foot into a small strap. However, the foot bed is definitely narrow.
When I see these sandals on long skinny feet they definitely look better. I think this sandal was designed for a longer skinner foot. That said I still love these sandals. I think they are cool and distinctive.
The Rosa sandal comes in a number of different colours even suede and snake. I was able to pick up a pair marked down during the end of season sales.
What do you think of the ATP Atelier Rosa sandals review? Are these a pair of sandals you want to wear?
