Today I am sharing my favourite, my best everyday gold earrings. The earrings that I reach for the most. They don’t feel too fancy for my office or weekend looks. Even through I was very much team silver as a teen these days I am all about gold. I still gravitate towards simple shapes. More than anything else I wear hoops.

Best Everyday Gold Earrings
First off I want to highlight what constitutes the best everyday earrings to me. They can’t be heavy or huge. In fact I get more wear out of my smaller styles. These are all fairly affordable too as they are gold vermeil not solid gold.

Editor Hoops – I haven’t worn these in ages because I lost them. I took them off in the basement and put them in a safe place. That safe place kept these earrings hidden for more than a year. They were tarnished when I found them but they cleaned up so well and really easily with the cleaning cloth I got at Christmas. These earrings are super lightweight. From the side you can see they get wider in the middle but from the front they look like a simple slim hoop. The visual interest makes these a winner for me. And they are a nice mid size hoop.

Mini Judy Hoops – These are probably the hoops that I reach for the most. They are smaller but not a huggie style. I love the beading detail along the sides. These are gold plated vs the gold vermeil which means they will likely have a shorter shelf life in my jewelry drawer but I still love the look.

Gold Sphere Studs – these are the newest edition to my jewelry box. They are an oversized sphere stud. These studs are larger than your ear lobe. They give off a classic vibe. A nice alternative to a large pearl earring or a classic diamond stud. I really like the look of these paired with a turtleneck sweater.

Beaded huggies – These are my smallest hoops. They are great for when I want to wear earrings but I don’t really want to notice them. They don’t interfere with my masks. I really like the beaded detail. Would love to get a bit bigger version too.

Daily Hoops – These used to be called the Boyfriend Hoops and now are rebranded to be called the Daily hoops. I really like these because they are big enough to make a statement but they aren’t huge. They also look chunkier than they feel. They feel pretty lightweight.
I had included the Duo Hoops above but they have been discontinued and are the earrings I wear the least of this round up. I also got these drop pearls for Christmas but they are much more dressy than I originally thought they would be. Maybe I am just not used to wearing pearls!
