If there is one jacket style that instantly makes any outfit cooler it is a leather biker jacket. I find that you can wear something really conservative and when you throw a biker jacket over top, instant awesome.

I like the idea of mixing a biker jacket with both classic pieces and feminine pieces. All together the outfit above is a modern work outfit that can easily move from the office to after hours. I think that if you want to keep from looking too edgy I would steer away from black leather biker jackets as black leather can be a bit harsh. Pick something softer like grey or navy or burgundy. Each of these shades will be more interesting and easier on everyone’s skin tone.
