IT is that time of year again when the Christmas Pajamas are hitting all the stores. I picked out my favourites. Some of them I have bought for my family for gifts others I just like the look of. Under the tree we always gift at least one pair of new pjs and we have no problem wearing Christmas jammies all year round. While I tend to gravitate towards plaids or stripes I will get more cute graphics for the kids.
Christmas pajamas
- Santa Claus snug fit pjs – Most of the pjs my kids wear are this cotton snug fit style. Even in the winter they wear these more than warmer fleece styles because under the duvet the snug fit pjs are warm and comfy. The Santas actually come in multiple skin tones which is so refreshing.
- Flannel jogger pjs – I bought these in a few different patterns. The candy canes and elves for my daughter. The red and white plaid for myself. I am wondering if I should have bought this red and green style too?! I prefer jogger style pjs because they don’t drag on the floor. I always find the more wide leg styles too long.
- Striped thermal PJ set – I am so tempted by these! They look soft and cozy. Plus the red and white is screaming holiday. Or you can get them in a green and white.
- Nordic long john set – I thought these were a cute alternative to all the stripes and plaid. And yet they aren’t too cutesy for adults.
- Plaid pj set – These look really relaxed which is great for sleepwear. I like that the plaid isn’t an obvious Christmas plaid but still feels festive.
- Thermal PJ shirt – I tend to go more mix and match with my PJs. I find matching sets more than not I don’t love the tops. So I prefer to buy a long sleeve cotton top that has a long torso. I loath cropped tops for sleeping.
- Flannel Jogger – I already have these and I love them! They are soft and relaxed. I highly recommend these! This colourway is even more festive.
- Fleece pajama joggers – I love the yeti print! We tend to stick to the snug fit pjs for the kids. Especially for my son who is very slim. But these are a nice option too. Plus the fleece comes in handy when you want to layer up for cold weather activities or just to lounge on a cold day. These pjs don’t come with a top so pairing it with a soft tee like this.
Do you get new pjs for the Christmas season?
