Current Crushes

I have the January blahs. It actually feels more like March here. Cold, rainy, overcast and drab every day. January is usually cold, snowy and at least sunny. So maybe I just have the blahs because the weather is so messed up right now. Either way I have loads on my wish list but either nowhere to wear it (wrong season) or I just can commit. So this might be more of a crush list in that like a crush you admire from afar and just eventually get over it. Time will tell.

January Current Crushes

Black sweatshirt – this sweatshirt is on sale in this and a bunch of other colours. Sizes are limited in certain colours. I like that this is longer an oversized. Would look great with the leggings for active or lounging days.

High waisted leggings – how gorgeous are these? And they are cotton! Not some sort of slipperly polyester athletic fabric.

Lip balm – at this time of year I am slathering cream everywhere. My all time favourite lip balm disappeared when Bite Beauty shut down. I am so sad, I loved that Agave lip balm! I haven’t found one like just as much. There are lots that are nice (Fresh in particular) so I am trying this lanolips one too to see if it has a similar consistency.

Vanity Pouch Set – I really don’t need these but I LOVE the look of them.

Lightweight Outdoor jacket – I first saw this styled under a rain coat on the womens side and couldn’t for the life of me find this jacket. Turns out it was mens! I love that the quilting isn’t the usual horizontal. I need to make a decision for our Iceland trip. I need something that will layer under a rain coat.

Quilted shell – Love this mixed media fleece shell thing. Would be a cool pop over for a sporty look.

Pleated Sweetheart swimsuit – I love Boden suits. They are supportive and just great quality. This one has an Italian Riviera feel. There is another colourway/print that is also fantastic. Too bad I won’t be swimming for ages.

White jeans – these are the same as the blue trouser jeans I have been raving about only in white. They would be awesome for summer.
