Doubled Double leopard

I wore a double leopard outfit back in the fall and here I am doing it again. I bought these leopard boots because I have been looking for a pair that ticked all the boxes for me. So many I have tried haven’t had a pointy enough toe. These are pretty much perfect. More sizes here.

The coat was a boxing day week find. I actually bought a different coat from Aritzia that was horrible on me but when I went to return it I could only get store credit. Now I feel like a store or rather chain of Aritzia’s size should do full refunds not act like a small boutique offering store credit but I digress. Anyways when I was returning the coat I didn’t like I tried the Stedman coat (worn here) on and fell in love. I saved my store credit until Boxing day sales started and pulled the trigger. This coat is still on sale! I will do a full review in another post.

Aside from the boots and the coat the rest of the outfit is full of old well loved items. Some older than others. The scarf was seen in this post. The bag I used to wear all the time and put it aside for a bit. But when I hurt my knee I wanted a bag that was a crossbody. The leather is still gorgeous. Honestly this bag has held up so well. The jeans were seen here.

I have mentioned on social media that I have been a bit MIA from the blog and it is all because I fell on the ski hill a week ago. But not a normal fall, I fell and sprained my knee. Now a week later I am walking without crutches which is great but my knee still isn’t fully better. Which is understandable, it has only been a week! But truth be told I took off those heel boots right after this shoot because I am not comfortable in heels yet as I am not as stable on my feet yet. I will be wearing my UGGS for the time being until everything is back to normal.

I will be revisiting how the boots fit into my resolution of mindful buying for 2019. The coat I bought on Boxing Day so I am giving it a pass lol even though this is the first time it has been on the blog.

Do you double up on bold prints like leopard? Or do you treat them like any other neutral?
