Dark green has been one of those colours that seems to be pretty popular this year. I think it is the Meghan effect as she has been snapped in a few different dark green items.

I didn’t really seek out this coat because of the colour but I really liked the shape. The green shade was just something different that I didn’t have. Also the dark green is a nice alternative to black or navy.
I wore this outfit to go get groceries. It was quite cold so the big scarf was a must. I have noticed that other bloggers have been shying away from blanket scarves lately but I still love them. I can understand if you live somewhere that is warmer through the winter that a blanket scarf might be a bit much. However since Canada has a proper winter I find them indispensable.
I just watched Emma Hill’s review of Everlane and I wish she had of picked these boots I am wearing as I think she would have been more impressed than the items she chose. However I do like the Everlane cashmere more than she did which makes me want to try M&S cashmere to compare.
