I am really pumped that there are only two more days of tax season. And I pretty much had this weekend to myself to spend with my family 100%. Life seems to be reverting to normal and less work all the time. Which is a relief to be honest. I can only handle the busy season schedule for so long.
I have officially put my winter clothing away, even though we had a bit of a cold snap this weekend. We really didn’t get snow like Alberta did but it was definitely frosty. Still I am not reverting back to wool coats for any reason!
I have been mostly wearing trench coats and this when it rains. I have been able to get away with no socks a few times too but not consistently. When I do so far I have been wearing this or this on my feet.
I shopped the Sephora spring sale already. Mostly to stock up on my favourites like this moisturizer and this vitamin C serum. I was using this but I just don’t find it as good as Drunk Elephant. I replaced this because I accidentally sucked up my last one in the vacuum and destroyed it before I even made a dent. That was quite disappointing. Make sure to sign up for the Sephora newsletters so that you are eligible for the 15-20% off.
My mindful shopping went out the window during tax season. I have mentioned that before that with my leg injury and being busy at work I basically bought all the things. I will have loads of summery type outfits to share soon enough. Most of what I have kept is sandals and sundresses.
