If you haven’t heard already JCREW is coming to Canada and its first stop is Toronto. There are rumors that the first location will be Yorkdale (that one comes from Flare Editor in Chief Lisa Tant) or at Shops at Don Mills. My money is on Shops at Don Mills because there is availability and the mall seems more in line with the JCREW brand.
I started getting the JCREW catalog in the mid 1990s as a teen. I have been updating my address as I moved from University and to Toronto.
I have been known to check out the site regularly for new arrivals but I think I prefer the catalog with its magazine styling. In the past I have fallen for the brightly coloured suede pumps and flats but I have had some hits and misses in terms of sizing. I actually do better with the clothing in terms of sizing.
This haul is about my latest JCREW online shopping.

To really see the details of the clothing especially with the sweatshirt detailing on the sweater I have posted a couple of pictures.
I was really impressed with the fit on the JCREW skinny cargos. They are a bit low in the waist but because they fit so well it doesn’t even bother me. I am particularly fond of skinny pants for the winter because they fit so well into winter boots.
This sweater is the perfect mix of high and low, of lux and casual. I love the sweatshirt detailing on a wool sweater.
