It is puffer season. The time of year when wearing a duvet on your body is acceptable because it has gotten so cold! I wanted to share how you can change the look of a neutral puffer by changing just your hat and scarf.
The basis of this outfit is a neutral down puffer jacket. Mine is from Massimo Dutti. I have linked some other options as well. Jeans are JCREW, snow boots are Sorel.
Neutral puffer with black

Black is the easiest option as it pairs with everything. It really pops off this neutral puffer coat. As much as I love this combination I like options.
Soft Neutrals

Leaning into the neutral puffer coat with soft neutral accents. I feel like a light grey hat would work just as well as the white. These soft colours give a different feel to the jacket. Instead of dark and moody this look is very light.
Bold Colour

If you really want to do something different pick a bold colour. This bright blue is a fun alternative to basic or neutral options. It is also a great way to add colour to an outfit without having to choose a bold coat. Colour also looks great up against the face. You don’t have to go with the bold blue. Pick a colour that suits your skin tone.
I feel with this coat I could have also gone with my leopard scarf and even a burgundy colour would be fantastic. Tone on tone would work great too.
Which option would you wear?
