With Prime Day here I thought I would share some of my Amazon favourites. We tend to get random home and beauty things via Amazon. Sometimes we stock up on cereal. I find clothing can be hit or miss. We do luck out quite a bit with our ski gear. Sharing our current favourites below.
Amazon Favourites
Glass Jar Solar lights – I wanted to add more twinkly lights to our backyard just to look at once it gets dark. These fit the bill. I have them hung in a tree and it makes the backyard look so pretty in the evening.
Sunglasses – these are a designer sunglasses dupe. I have these in a few different colours, but wear black the most.
Weekender duffle bag – We somehow lost a weekend bag that we had used for years so I picked up this one recently. I love the amount of pockets to keep things organized. Lots of room to pack for a week at the cottage.
Hiking sock – We use a variety of of these darn tough socks for skiing. I prefer the mid calf style for skiing as opposed to a traditional ski sock which is more of a knee high. My husband likes these socks for golfing as he finds the merino wool blister proofs his golf rounds.
Cordless vacuum – I bought this recently to have something light weight to vacuum the stairs. After years of using the dyson this is so easy to zip around the hardwood floors to do a quick clean. It does not have more suction power compared to the dyson, even on the highest setting but does the job so I don’t have to lug a heavy vacuum up and down the stairs.
Stripe sweatshirt – This sweatshirt is super stretchy and soft. Fairly thin too. Really it is my ideal sweatshirt. Size up if you want it loose and relaxed.
Firework solar lights – More lights that we have in our backyard. These look like exploding fireworks in the dark.
Mighty patch – I like these larger blemish patches for places like my upper back, or forehead where you might have a cluster. They work well to pull the oil and blockage out so that the skin can heal. I also find that if you have a painful cyst this will help relive the symptoms sooner.
Reusable cotton round – These are our absolute favourite reusable cotton round. We have tried a bunch of slightly different styles but these are the best we have found.
Weleda Skin Food light – one of my favourite hand creams for dry winter skin. The light version absorbs easier. I like the herbal smell. It is pleasant without being too perfumey. I also like the body butter. I think it too absorbs easier than the original skin food.
Cicaplast Hands – This is another favourite hand cream. When my hands are very dry in the winter and I have picked at the dryness too much this cream is the only one that will help. This absorbs easier than the Weleda cream and has no smell.
Soft Joggers – These are my Vuori joggers dupe. They are super soft and so comfortable. These are a thin jogger which is part of the appeal as they aren’t bulky.
Soft hoodie – This top is the same fabric of the joggers. Again I like it as it is more like a top than a true sweatshirt. Soft thin layering top.
