One of the great perks of shopping Sephora is getting the free samples. And not the crappy foil packaged ones I mean the full sized or mini sized samples. The ones where you get to actually try it out for more than one application. It is THE best way to find new products. I took a bunch of samples with me on vacation to Jamaica and so much of it was actually good that I wanted to share.
Sephora Samples so GOOD I had to Share
- Dr. Brant No More Baggage – If you are looking for an under eye solution that depuffs this one is really good. I wrote about the other options I like here, but this one might be even better than the Niod one. It is more of a tacky gel texture and a little goes a long way. You would need to wait until absorbs if you are going to wear makeup over top. I personally like to apply then bush my teeth and dry my hair before I do anything else. Definitely would buy again.
- Soy Face Cleanser – I have heard many other bloggers rave about this cleanser. It is a great size to take away for travel. It works great, non irritating. Has a similar scent to this overnight mask I love from the same brand. While I like it I still love the Kate Somerville options more. I would definitely pick this up in the sample size again for travel.
- Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream – If you like Tatcha’s water cream you will like this as well. It’s lightweight. Smells great without being too perfumey (which then gives me headaches). This option is creamier than the other options on this list. The brightening properties are a plus compared with the Tatcha option and it has better reviews. I might be switching up my moisturizer.
- Green Clean Makeup Meltaway Cleansing Balm – I don’t wear makeup every day but when I do I make sure to do a double cleanse. I have never used a cleansing balm though and I really like it as the first clean. I follow up with my regular cleanser and a micro fibre cleaning cloth to make sure I got everything.
- Water Sleeping Mask – this is another extremely lightweight gel moisturizer. It is meant to be an overnight thing but I have used it as a regular moisturizer after a day in the sun on vacation. This is a much less expensive option if you love the Tatcha Water Cream. The Tatcha option is creamer.
- Drink of H2O Hydrating Boost Moisturizer – ok this is yet another lightweight gel moisturizer that reminds me of the Tatcha Water Cream. It is also much less expensive and has a gorgeous scent. Basically I have found loads of alternatives to my usual moisturizer at a lower price.
I have loads of other samples that are kind of not worth mentioning or were too scented and gave me headaches. But these 6 were good enough to order again.
