Sezane Agnes Ankle Low Boots Review

When I was looking for brown leather boots I wasn’t even thinking about a boot like the Agnes but more like a pointy toe heeled boot. But when I saw these I was smitten and immediately added to cart. I thought this boot would work well for the office and weekend as opposed to a pointy toe. I liked the low walkable heel and the rich brown colour. The Sezane Agnes Ankle Low Boots Review will share why these are a great leather boot to add to your closet.

Sezane Agnes Ankle Low Boots Review

The Agnes Ankle Low boots are a leather boot that comes in smooth chocolate, leopard and shiny black. The heel is 1.6 inches which is a great height for a very walkable boot.

I generally feel pretty comfortable with a 2 inch heel so this being lower makes it even more comfortable without being flat.

The boots have a high shaft for an ankle boot. Part of me likes this because it is easy to pair these boots with cropped jeans. But they are also fairly narrow. I find that they bunch a bit at the ankle but I think this is partially because my legs aren’t particularly long. I do find I notice this less the more I wear these boots too.

These boots have a zipper opening and elastic. The elastic is definitely needed because the boot shaft is tall and narrow. The give of the elastic makes the boots more wearable especially for people who don’t have long super thin legs.

What makes these boots a bit more casual than other styles I have is the rounded toe. I find my feet really enjoy the toe box on these boots as they are more roomy than popular pointy toe styles.

Size wise I got a 9 because Sezane doesn’t do half sizes. And if you are in between sizes they recommend to size up. I have never been disappointed by this choice.

These boots weren’t really what I was looking for when I started looking for a brown boot but I really like them. They are a really practical boot that looks classic with dress pants or jeans. It is the type of boot that goes with almost everything and you wear until they fall apart.

Hi!! I love your review! I've been looking for these boots and contemplating for awhile.. my main question is, do the heels click clack when you walk? I've kinda been wanting boots that make sound on the ground when you walk but not sure if these do.

They don't really make noise no. They have a rubber outsole so there isn't that distinct click clack sound.
