When I saw this shirt it was a no brainer to add to cart immediately. I love the red and pink stripe. It reminds me of the striped houses you see in Portugal and the stripe beach huts in the UK. Basically it is super summery. It is oversized. I likely could have sized down to a medium but I didn’t want a fitted shirt. I wanted something relaxed and something I can wear a bunch of ways. Not just crisp and tucked into trousers. So I am sharing three ways I wear and oversized button front shirt.
Wear an Oversized shirt with skinny jeans
Yes I am still wearing skinny jeans. Mostly in the winter when I want to have my pants easily slide into snow boots. But I also still like a slim jean to balance the proportions. I also tend to wear oversized shirts worn out as there is really too much fabric to tuck nicely. If you are taller than me that might be less of an issue.

Wear an oversized button front shirt with shorts
This is how I envisioned wearing this shirt when I was thinking about buying it. Sleeves rolled up paired with cut off shorts. It is a look that really gives summer vibes. Because this shirt is so oversized it is very easy to roll the sleeves. There is so much room. I hate when I have a more fitted shirt and you can’t really roll the sleeves that easily because they are too narrow. I could have rolled this further to make it more a short sleeve versus a three quarter sleeve.

Wear an oversized button front shirt with wide leg pants
One of the great things with an oversized shirt is that they are easy to tie. While I wouldn’t want to tuck in all the fabric into these pants, especially since they are a light colour, I can tie it. It gives a similar look to being tucked in but a little more fun.

Which way would you wear this shirt? Do you like the red and pink combo as a change from blue and white stripe? I could also go for a green stripe! I do think this shirt is a good dupe of the Sezane Max shirt.
