I am all about a great jacket right now. The rest of your wardrobe can be relatively boring or plain but if you have a fantastic topper the whole outfit comes together.
I love that these jackets are in tradionally boho type fabrics but they have so much stucture that they are tailored enough for the office.

Great inspiration! I love fun prints in a jacket, they make such a statement. I have a long tribal print wool coat that I always get compliments on when I wear it.

Love all of these! My challenge is always how do I wear a funky piece to work - so I would probably start out easy and go with simple black pants!

for sure - wearing these to work you can let the jackets be the focal point and keep the rest conservative. I have styled one of the jackets for this afternoon!
