I thought I would share two ways I am wearing Leopard jeans for winter. We have been having the coldest winter we have had in years. Lots of snow too. Which means I am wearing thicker layers not tees or button front shirts. I think I will share another look at these jeans in the spring when I can switch things up but for now I am wearing these jeans with knits.
I mentioned that I wanted to pair these jeans with a darker brown sweater that I already had in my closet in yesterdays post. With my grey white hair darker, richer colours work better than lighter ones. This is the same sweater but the undyed is more subdued.
Dark brown was a big colour last year but it doesn’t seem to be as easy to find this year.
So the dark brown is a pretty classic and simple way of styling these jeans. Maybe not as obvious as black but it works really well.
Another one of the looks I have pinned (see my inspiration here) a few times is leopard with red. The red really pops against the leopard jeans so it is a bolder combination. Since I am not yet used to wearing these leopard jeans it is something I am going to work up to. The brown is more my speed at the moment.
I think I would pair this red sweater and leopard combo with brown accents the next time. I would want a softer colour for the bag for sure. The red comes off a bit more casual so a sneaker would work if it were warmer or brown boots. Even though it is bolder I really like this combo too.
Which colour combination is your favourite? Would you wear leopard jeans? I have contemplated a slimmer pair as these are wide. But I am not sure I want to invest any more money into this trend.
