Vuori joggers are one of things that has emerged from the past few years of lockdowns and I seem to hear someone talking about them regularly. People rave about these joggers. I recently updated a bunch of my casual clothing that I use for hiking and weekends. I decided to try the famed Vuori joggers and see if they live up to the hype. This Vuori joggers review will share my thoughts from an over 40 point of view.
Vuori Joggers Review
Vuori is a performance apparel company out of California. They are committed to sustainability and ethical manufacturing. The Vuori performance joggers are made with Dreamknit which is made with 89% recycled polyester.
These joggers fit somewhere between a legging and sweatpants. They are said to have a relaxed fit but I would say that depends. They have a relaxed fit for a legging but a slim fit for sweatpants. These performance joggers are supposed to be cropped as well. On me they don’t seem cropped, but if you are taller keep that in mind.
I took the size extra large in these joggers. I saw some reviews to size down and I would not recommend to size down unless you are very slim. The material is very stretchy but you won’t get that drapey relaxed look if you size down. I don’t even get that look right now but that doesn’t surprise me as athletic brands don’t really size up their designs all that well.

The pull of the Vuori joggers is they are ridiculously soft. The brushed technical fabric is stretchy and soft making these fantastic lounging pants. The fabric is also thinner than your usual cotton sweatpant. I personally prefer thin joggers as they are easier to wear.
Vuori joggers alternatives
When I first put on these joggers I felt like the fabric felt familiar. I realized my daughter had a thin hoodie that seemed to be from a similar fabric. When I searched up the company I found they also produced some similar joggers (also here) for a fraction of the price of Vuori. And the company is Canadian out of Montreal.
If I am being super picky the Vuori joggers feel slightly thicker, or a bit more substantial. But the softness is on par making these joggers a good dupe.
In fact I would even say these Amazon brand joggers are similar but not quite as soft.
Are Vuori Joggers Worth it?
So I have established that these are a thin, stretchy, super soft pair of joggers. But are they worth the price tag?
Personally I don’t think the fit is everything everyone has been raving about. Unless you are slim or don’t carry any weight in your lower half they are going to be clingy and look more like a legging.
But I do get the hype about how soft and comfortable these joggers are. If you are looking for a super soft lounge pant these are a great option.
That said price wise I probably would not get another pair because there are cheaper alternatives out there that are pretty much just as good. I will enjoy wearing these Vuori joggers but I won’t be buying multiples.
