This past weekend I drove into Toronto to return some of my black friday purchases that didn’t work out. While I was at the mall I thought I would check out Uniqlo to see if I could still snag the JW Anderson collab trench. I felt like it would be the perfect pop of plaid to lead into Christmas!
I was pumped to find this JW Anderson Plaid trench in the sale section. There were limited sizes but I was able to score one just in time for one or two wears before it turns wintery cold.
The great thing about this trench is that it is reversible to this plaid but that the regular side trench coat is really fantastic with all sorts of traditional details. I love that it is long and that the contrast cuffs are removeable. So you don’t have to have any plaid showing in the spring if you want to keep it classic.
I am also breaking out one of my Christmas presents early to share on the blog. I recently found this Toronto designer that works with these gorgeous calf hair patterns. I already have a wish list of a few different of Eleven Thrity bags.
Outfit details: Trench JW Anderson for Uniqlo, sweater JCREW (old), jeans JCREW Point Sur, Boots Everlane (reviewed here), bag Eleven Thirty, Hat Joe Fresh (old, similar).
It was so foggy when I took these pictures! For half the day on Sunday you could hardly see a block in front of you. The temperature is definitely changing. As they say in Winterfell – Winter is coming.
