Weekly Round Up 3

I missed doing an update last week. Too many things going on during the weekend to stop and recap!

My daughter and I drove over to Yorkdale as part of her birthday festivities and I found these loafers  at Nordstrom. They didn’t have them in the snake leather in my size. I was going to just give up and order online when I found out two things. One it was cheaper for me to get them in store (the duties, taxes and exchange can be killer on the Nordstrom site) and Nordstrom will ship from the store that has the item you want to your home for free! I had thought that they would ship to store and then I would have to make another trip to Toronto. Which wasn’t going to happen. But because they shipped directly to me for free I was all in.

Other things I have been looking at.

I have been saving all sorts of long dresses like this or this. I am also seriously considering this dress even though I am not nor do I plan to become pregnant. All the non maternity options have cutouts or are backless. This one ticks all the boxes. And how cute is this bag?!

Also trying to decide if I can pull off a kimono.

I don’t need a new rain coat but this one with the toggles is super cute. The gingham or yellow are adorable.

Life hasn’t been all that interesting lately unless you like to be up to your eyeballs in tax and bookkeeping at work. It is only going to get busier once everyone has their tax slips by the end of the month.

To make it more bearable the kids and I are going to go out and pick up some vacation planning books so that we can find all the resorts we would like to go to come May.
