What I bought and I liked; Almost Summer

We just got back from a road trip out west in Alberta and upon returning I can’t help but feel like summer is really around the corner. It is the perfect time to transition to linen and sandals. I don’t even need an extra layer in the morning. I am sharing what I bought and I liked lately leading into the Summer season.

Comfy Waist Wide Leg Linen Pants – I am a sucker for wide leg linen pants as soon as the temperature goes above 20 degrees Celsius. I am wearing these in the terracotta colour. They are a bit long on me. I am wearing them here with platform sandals. These are a BUY in my book.

The wide leg trousers are from Simons. I have been finding all sorts of great options there lately. Simons is a Canadian department store out of Quebec if you are not familiar with the brand.

Other things I have bought lately are this stripe long sleeve tee that I bought in two colourways. It is a nice thin weight. Highly recommend. I also got this stripe sweater that has a Sezane feel. But it is SO affordable.

My daughter is loving these sweatshirts (this and this).

Many of my other linen pants are from H&M but I find the good ones sell out really quickly. These are a similar colour to what I am wearing. And I like these in the green or the blue. Linen pants and a light airy cotton blouse are my go to in the summer months.

Are you a fan of linen for summer?
