What I Want for Spring; Mesh Sweaters

I have already talked about what I have bought for Spring 2012. You know the stuff that made me fall off the no shopping wagon last week?

Well mesh or open knit sweaters are something else I think will be big this spring and summer. Plus they are great for a Canadian Summer  where you still want light layers especially in the evenings at the cottage.

I tried one on at Anthropologie last year but I didn’t get it because I was pregnant and didn’t think I would wear it much. Well I am kicking myself now for that decision.

Depending on the size of the knit the look can be edgy with big loopy holes or a sort of preppy 80’s crochet sweater look.

I think one in a neutral colour would look great with bright coloured or printed denim. What do you think?
